Package Design
These are some blisters that created following the concept I set for our Ultraled line, where the packaging provides protection against drops, can sustain the product in counters and hooks in the store.
It also allows the product to be tested before purchase. This is an old habit of Brazilian consumers when buying lamps.

Packaging design
New packaging Ultraled A60 Golden, all designed by me.
This line is a really sales successful.
They can replace fluorescent lamps in domestic utilization. Once again innovating by using micro corrugated paper packaging to replace PVC blister, showing the ecological concerns of industry about recycle.
In Logistic terms, they represent a substantial reduction in volume of Master boxes during transport and storage, maintaining the same attributes of similar packaging created in blister, and also the impact resistence improvements.
It self-supporting upright enables testing at store, and dropout possibility.

Packaging design
These are two of four packs of colorful spiral Golden line.
Use micro corrugated paper boxes, which guarantee excellent protection to
the product, and be recycled more easily than PVC blisters.
In addition, the cubic design allows full use of the container, having no
voids generated by blisters and their organic forms.
Rounding out the family red and yellow lamps.

Packaging design
These are the packages that I developed for PAR30 and PAR38 lamps Ultraled.
Yet developed the packaging to PAR20. They all follow the pattern we use with blister that holds vertically due to shim the rear base, enable testing at store, due to the exposed socket, but protected, and can even be hung on dropout at store.

Softwares and packaging
I implemented to 2 years ago the Unigraphics NX software version 7.5 in the company (Golden Lamps), for the development of packaging. I have used this software for product design and parts for appliances and automotive and auto parts. In the first study using this software, it has paid off. The development of a blister made externally, for example, took weeks at a cost of 1/5 the cost of the software per blister.
With the implementation of UG, the company saved a lot of money - leaving to outsource these services - gained time (and thus more money), and the software is now used far beyond the packaging. I use it to draw the product, technical drawings generate, develop the blister, realize the necessary checks extraction of the mold angle, strength of materials, among others, as required.
I can still quickly calculate the size of transport packaging, palletizing the best, and even the best way to accommodate the boxes in the container, predicting how many boxes will fit and what will be the idle space.
Today we can no longer think of the development of packaging without the use of this software. I urge all professionals giving some research about it.
Still remember that there are similar software, and Catia the only one who can really tackle the UG.

Packaging design
This is the new look of the packaging of Golden Extreme LED professional line.
This is another parting line of PVC blisters, although in some cases also use a polystyrene film, so that the product can be viewed through a window, but with a barrier protecting the same. The above image was taken with the prototype that i made.
