Replacing the PVC by microcorrugated paper

This is one of my most recent work. I developed new packaging for line of fluorescent lamps using microcorrugated paper boxes, replacing PVC blisters.
The company won a number of ways: Using renders the product on the front of the pack, reducing costs photo, while maintaining uniformity of images, always with the same light intensity, highlights and shadows always equal. Gains were also obtained with the reduction of space in shipping boxes, amortizing the cost of shipping and storage, besides the ecological appeal. The packaging is 100% recyclable, recycled effectively.
All without losing the previous attributes because the new packaging has side window for product display, tester at the bottom of the pack, and internal cots ensuring the lamp protection to transport and falls.
The brand exposure was also not compromised.
